Go green and save money through the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP)

Don’t get mired in the process of applying for funding to adopt clean energy and energy efficiency projects!

REAP is a grant program offered by USDA Rural Development to assist qualifying agricultural producers and rural small businesses investing in renewable energy or energy efficiency improvements.

  • Successfully Apply for and Win Grants

  • Implement Your Investments

REAP funds at least 25% of the cost for agricultural producers and rural small businesses to reduce energy costs through a wide range of projects, including:

  • Solar, wind, biomass, geothermal and hydropower systems

  • Energy efficiency improvements, including lighting upgrades, HVAC updates, building insulation, weatherization, and water conservation measures
