Arizona Fall Festival Vendor Resources

The festival will take place on the east side of the park between Burton Barr library and the Phoenix Center for the Arts.

Upcoming Vendor Communications:

The week before the event, all vendors can expect an email that will include:

  • Your designated parking location and directions for approach.

    • Vendors will be assigned a parking location based on their booth location.  Only one car per vendor is provided.  If additional staff are coming, they will need to find alternate parking. 

  • Your vendor booth number. 

  • Fall Festival Event Map (will correspond to your booth number and show the location).

Vendor Load-in & Parking

  • Load-In begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday, November 8. 

  • Vendors will be assigned a parking location based on their booth location.  

  • There is no designated unloading area and no cars will be allowed on the grass to unload or load their vehicles.

  • Bring a cart or wagon to transport all of your supplies from the parking location to your vendor booth. 

  • Vendors will receive their vendor booth location the week prior to the event date.

Vendor Load-out & Breakdown

  • Vendors are required to manage their booths until the festival ends at 4 p.m.

  • If your inventory has sold out, please take this time to engage with the attendees to keep marketing your business!

  • Any trash needs to be disposed of in one of our waste stations throughout the park.

  • Cardboard boxes need to be broken down and stacked neatly in your booth space.

  • All supplies will need to be transported to your car in the parking lot and no cars are allowed on the grass.

Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Requirements

Steps to Verify and Update Your TPT License

To check your status:

  • Log in to your AZTaxes.gov account to confirm your TPT license is current.

  • Make sure your business details are up to date, including any changes in address or business activities.

Renew or Apply if Needed

    • If your license has expired or if you don’t have one, renew or apply immediately through the Arizona Department of Revenue’s website.

    • Ensure all necessary fees are paid to avoid any delays.

Bring Proof of Your TPT License:

    • On the day of the event, have a copy of your TPT license available in case it’s needed for verification.

WHAT WILL BE PROVIDED:

  • 10x10 tented space

  • (2) 6-foot table

  • (2) chairs

  • (1) black linen

  • Electricity (if purchased in advance)  

WHAT TO PACK:

  • A cart or dolly for your set-up convenience 

  • Extension cords, power strips

  • Marketing materials & business cards 

    • We encourage all vendors to bring marketing materials to help bring the attendees to your booth. However, we kindly ask that you are respectful to your neighbors and try not to invade their space.  

  • Can I bring signage for my booth?

    • Yes! We encourage all vendors to bring signage to help attract attendees to your booth. The tents have a wire that allows you to hang a banner horizontally behind your booth. You can have limited signage in front of your booth as long as it is clear from the pedestrian walkway. No stakes are allowed to be used at Hance Park.

  • Are bags of ice for sale onsite?

    • No, we will not have bags of ice for sale onsite. Please plan accordingly.

  • Is there a Spanish version of the vendor training available?
