Fabiola Ordoñez es originaria de Culiacán, Sinaloa, México, casada, madre de 3 hijos, empresaria y sobre todo muy orgullosa de pertenecer a la comunidad hispana y poder apoyarla a través de sus conocimientos y experiencia en el ramo de los documentos legales y empresariales en Arizona.
Graduada de la Universidad Grand Canyon con Diploma en Estudios Legales y graduada de la 18ª Generación del Acelerador de Negocios de Fuerza Local, es la fundadora de One Nation Tax and Document Services, LLC y Exclusive Wireless, LLC.
One Nation Tax and Document Services, LLC fue creado con el afán de apoyar a la comunidad hispana en el área de impuestos, notaría, formaciones de LLC, documentos legales y cuyo objetivo principal es proveer un servicio profesional a personas o negocios que se sientan perdidos en este tipo de temas.
Como fundadora y dueña de One Nation significa una gran responsabilidad y a la misma vez siente un gran orgullo de poder apoyar a su comunidad.
“Conozco la sensación de estar del otro lado como cliente y sentirme sola o pérdida en situaciones difíciles donde no era experta en el tema, lo que provocó abusos y situaciones de desconfianza. Pero por estas malas situaciones fue como inicié mis estudios y mi carrera profesional para convertirme en experta y poder ayudar a otras personas que han estado en la misma situación y que necesitan que se les brinde un servicio honesto y profesional” – Fabiola Ordoñez
¿Qué significa para Fabiola tener herencia hispana?
“El haber nacido en México, emigrar a Estados Unidos y poder lograr el llamado sueño Americano en diferentes áreas como comprar una casa, graduarse de la universidad, emprender más de un negocio siendo parte de las minorías en este país, puedo expresar con orgullo que ser hispano es más que una herencia, es una bendición, porque como hispanos nos etiquetan erróneamente como individuos sin conocimientos o que no son capaces de grandes logros, pero cada vez somos más los hispanos y las nuevas generaciones que estamos desvaneciendo ese estigma sobre nuestra comunidad y estamos demostrando con hechos que no es así.”
El mes de la Herencia Hispana nos sirve para reconocer y disfrutar de nuestros logros, de seguir fomentando a nuestros hijos y a las nuevas generaciones la importancia de nuestras raíces y nuestros antepasados y sobre todo entender lo que podemos lograr fuera de nuestros países con esfuerzo y dedicación.
Fabiola tiene diferentes metas y sueños como empresaria hispana. Una de ellas es hacer crecer como franquicia One Nation Tax and Document Services en todo el Valle de Phoenix para poder ofrecer sus servicios a toda la comunidad hispana de Arizona, y uno de sus sueños como empresaria es poder ayudar a más personas hispanas a educarse en las áreas de impuestos y documentos legales, proveyendo clases, asesorías e información gratuita.
“El Mayor consejo que les puedo dar a un empresario hispano es que sea constante y no deje de educarse para poder crecer o mantenerse en el negocio. Debemos tener constancia en lo que hacemos y evolucionar el proceso para siempre estar a la vanguardia en la industria que manejemos. “I know the feeling of being on the other side as a client and feeling alone or lost in difficult situations where I was not an expert on the subject, which led to abuse and situations of mistrust. But it was because of these bad situations that I began my studies and my professional career to become an expert and be able to help other people who have been in the same situation and who need to be provided with an honest and professional service” – Fabiola Ordoñez
Fabiola Ordoñez currently seeks to support her community and works as an Instructor of the Business Accelerator Program offering her experience and knowledge to educate students on the topics of Legal Structure and Business Plan Development, which will help them positively navigate difficult situations. and obtain a more complete x-ray of the present and future of their businesses.
What does it mean for Fabiola to have Hispanic heritage?
“Being born in Mexico, emigrating to the United States and being able to achieve the so-called American dream in different areas such as buying a house, graduating from university, starting more than one business being part of the minorities in this country, I can express with pride that being Hispanic is more than an inheritance, it is a blessing, because as Hispanics we are wrongly labeled as individuals without knowledge or who are not capable of great achievements, but more and more Hispanics and new generations are fading that stigma on our community and we are demonstrating with facts that it is not so.”
Hispanic Heritage Month serves us to recognize and enjoy our achievements, to continue promoting to our children and new generations the importance of our roots and our ancestors and, above all, to understand what we can achieve outside our countries with effort and dedication.
Fabiola has different goals and dreams as a Hispanic businesswoman. One of them is to grow One Nation Tax and Document Services as a franchise throughout the Phoenix Valley to be able to offer its services to the entire Hispanic community in Arizona. Another of her dreams as a businesswoman is to be able to help more Hispanic people to educate themselves in the areas of taxes and legal documents, providing classes, advice and free information.
“The biggest advice I can give to a Hispanic entrepreneur is to be constant and not stop educating yourself in order to grow or stay in business. We must be consistent in what we do and evolve the process to always be at the forefront of the industry we manage.
