How Can the Arizona Economic Recovery Center Help You?

The Arizona Economic Recovery Center is here to help! Don’t miss out on the services provided -we guarantee there is something we can help you with! Here is a list of services that the Arizona Economic Recovery Center provides:

  • Grant Research

    • Once we sit down and learn about your organization, we start working on specialized grant research to find funding opportunities that align with the work you do.

  • Network of Grant Writers

    • We have a network of grant writers that are experts in various types of funding and applications. We will connect you with one that has a working knowledge of the type of grant you are applying for.

  • Certified Personal Accountants (CPAs)

    • We have a group of CPAs that are able to assist with general bookkeeping, financial requests for grant applications, and even tax support. If you do not have the capacity to bring on a staff member dedicated to finances, we can provide a CPA for a few hours a month, for 2-3 months (depending on the need; determined after meeting with AZERC).

  • Project Managers

    • We have a list of project managers that can provide temporary support to get a project started, or move past a difficult stage. Based on your specific needs, we can provide project management services for a few hours a month, for 2-3 months (depending on the need; determined after meeting with AZERC).

  • Facilitators

    • We are working on expanding our list of contracted facilitators. If there is a training you need to implement for your entire organization or a board retreat that needs to be more focused and geared, we have facilitators that are able to provide that direct support.

Commonly Asked Questions

  1. How does this (AZERC) process work?

    • First, we meet with you, the organization requesting assistance. This can be done via phone, email, video chat, or in-person. Whatever works best for you!

    • Then, through the process of meeting with you, identify target goals; be it grant research for your program, or finding a grant writer for the application you have been wanting to apply for.

    • We make an email introduction between you and the contractors. They will work directly with you for each project.

    • Once a timeline and scope of work is completed, they let us know, and we take care of the rest.

    • If there are ever any questions, you can reach out to us. We are here to help!

  2. How many grants can we assist them with?

    • That depends. Really, it does. Each grant counts as a “project” for us. It is how we track the work we do. It also takes more time (and costs more) to apply for a federal grant, versus a foundation grant. Those are all things that come into consideration.

  3. Do we (AZERC) award money?

    • The Arizona Economic Recovery Center does not award money, or fund grants. We are here to help you find opportunities and make sure you have the help you need to apply for them!
