Annual Conference Aims to Disrupt What It Means To Do Good Business in Arizona
Phoenix, AZ (Dec. 20, 2019) - Local First Arizona will host the 2nd Annual Arizona Good Business Summit on January 22 and 23, 2020, at the Phoenix Convention Center. The now two-day conference will convene over 500 businesses and community leaders together in Downtown Phoenix to discuss the dynamics and complexity of doing business in today’s world.
“In a time when leadership and innovative solutions are needed in Arizona, it is our business community that has the responsibility and opportunity to create positive change throughout the state,” says Thomas Barr, Executive Director at Local First Arizona. “Due to high demand, we are excited to expand the summit come the new year to engage more leaders in the business community to share strategies and ideas that will move Arizona forward.”

As part of this year’s focus, Local First Arizona is excited to announce that Kat Taylor, the Co-Founder, and CEO of Beneficial State Bank will deliver the keynote address to launch the summit. Throughout her career, Taylor has been instrumental in disrupting the banking industry to focus on the new economy, fair and living wages for employees, and environmental issues.
Over the two-day conference, attendees will forge new partnerships and engage in over 35 workshops, presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities from over 50 local and national experts redefining what it means to do good business.
