Turquoise Erby-Bell is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, small business owner, and a local business community supporter. Turquoise holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Leadership degree from Grand Canyon University. She was a higher education counselor for six years and has been a part of non-profit organizations for the past ten years. She loves helping individuals achieve success and that work has led her to become a servant leader for business owners. She prides herself in the work she does as a Small Business Resource Manager with Local First Arizona by providing resources to small business owners. Through researching grants, loans, finding procurement/vendor opportunities and achieving business certifications, this level of support helps her connect with the business owner through one on one consulting and navigating them through different processes based on their business needs.
