Sharon Tewksbury-Bloom is an organizational development consultant based in Flagstaff. She loves strategic planning so much that she created a strategic plan for her wedding, including vision, values, and key indicators of success. Sharon helps leaders from all sectors make decisions and figure out what is needed to move their organization in their desired direction. When not facilitating, Sharon is hiking the Arizona Trail, playing rugby or spoiling her kitten Sapphire. She earned a Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University and is the CEO of two businesses, Bloom Facilitation and Do Good, Be Good.
