Women’s Empowerment Expo

You are invited to attend or participate in the Women's Empowerment Expo on Saturday, May 18th, 2024 at the Phoenix Convention Center.

This expo is focused on supporting local women-owned businesses as well as any small businesses in Arizona. 

The following opportunities to participate are still available:

Exhibitor Booth (pricing ranges from $100 - $600)

  • $100 BYOT Exhibitor (Bring your own table) 

    • 10x10 Booth located around the perimeter of the event

    • Only the space is provided; the vendor will be responsible for bringing a table, chairs, tablecloths, etc.

    • This is best for small businesses on a budget who have the materials to exhibit their products or services.

  • $200 NONPROFIT BOOTH

  • $300 STANDARD BOOTH (ALTRUCARE REFERRAL DISCOUNT)

    • 10x10 Booth

    • Original price is $500 ($200 Savings)

    • Promoter picks the location. 

    • This package is perfect for beginners, or freelancers of all types.

  • $400 PREMIUM BOOTH (ALTRUCARE REFERRAL DISCOUNT)

    • 10x10 Premium End Cap Booth

    • Original price is $600 ($200 Savings)

    • Vendor chooses end cap location. 

    • This package allows you the opportunity for the most visibility.

Swag Bag Donations (up to 500 items)

    • FREE for those who purchase an exhibitor booth, OR

    • $100 for those who just want to get their company items in the swag bags and are unable to attend the event in person

    • You do not have to donate the full 500 items.

Scavenger Hunt Prize Donations

    • We are looking for prizes to award those who have completed our Small Business Scavenger Hunt. Attendees will be given a sheet with vendors' business names that they will need to go and meet (much like BINGO) and get them to initial their sheets. Once they get the form completed, they bring it to our Women's Empowerment Expo booth for an opportunity to pick a prize. This helps our exhibitors get more traffic to their booths.

Tickets to Attend

  • Purchase tickets online in advance, for:

  • Ticket prices at the door are $20.00 per (1) ticket

  • Purchase a bundle of tickets for your employees or colleagues to attend (prices are $5.00 per ticket with a minimum purchase of 20 tickets)
