Name of event: Vegan Social | BRUNCH
About: VEGAN SOCIAL | BRUNCH, an all-vegan monthly parking lot feast that is free and open to the public that features games, activities, community, food, and drinks. Vegan Social | Brunch is from 10AM - 2PM on 1st Street and Roosevelt. Vegan Social | Brunch will offer food, drinks and essentials in the morning and afternoon, every third Saturday of the month (break June-August).
Important Dates:
Feb 22nd, 2023 - Applications open
March 17th, 2023 - Applications close
March 19th, 2023 - Accepted vendors are notified and will receive vendor payment details
March 22nd, 2023 - Vendor payment due by 7 PM. If payment is not received, spot will be forfeited and vendor space will be given to vendor(s) on waiting list.
Vegan Social | Brunch Vendor Fee Breakdown:
$30 | Produce Vendor
$50 | Pre-Packaged Food & Non-Food Vendor
$125 | Food Booth Vendor
$150 | Food Truck, Mobile Food, or Food Trailer
Want to be a vendor? Please complete the request form below. Your application will be reviewed and a response will be emailed to you once your application has been processed. Please note, booth spaces are 10′ x 10′ by default (Unless Food Truck/Trailer). Currently not accepting applications from MLMs, cannabis or CBD companies at this time.

If you are operating with cooking equipment, you must comply with City of Phoenix fire code. If hot food vendor, you must have the required fire extinguishers, potable water and wastewater systems according to your operations.
Please note:
– Certifications, photos, and other support documentation are required to process applications
– Becoming a Vegan Social vendor is very competitive, as the number of applications received are greater than the number of spaces available.
- No on-site electricity will be available
A committee reviews all applications and reserves the right to determine whether the prospective products complement those otherwise available at Vegan Social, enable committee to maintain the desired ratio of product types, and satisfy other considerations that affect the larger Vegan Social community. Prepared foods should, as much as possible, contain locally sourced ingredients and reflect our region and culture, and conform to all food safety/legal requirements.
