This year's theme, Día de los Muertos, will draw hundreds of visitors from across the Valley, and we are excited to showcase a wide variety of vendors offering unique products, food, and services.

Vendor Opportunities

We're looking for a variety of vendors to enhance our festival experience. Types of vendors we are seeking include:

Artisans & Crafters: Handmade goods, jewelry, clothing, home décor, and more.

Food Vendors: Food trucks, snacks, beverages, traditional Día de los Muertos dishes, and other delicious treats.

Retail: Local shops offering everything from clothing to specialty products.

Interactive & Educational Booths: Workshops and hands-on activities, particularly related to Hispanic heritage and cultural education.

Non-Profits & Community Organizations: Spread your message and engage with the local community.

Vendor Costs & Booth Sizes

Booth prices are based on the size of the space you need. Each booth includes one 28x96 picnic-style table. Please select the option that best suits your needs during the application process.

  • Standard Booth (10x10): $50

  • Large Booth (10x20): $100

  • Food Trucks: 20% of sales to be donated back to the festival

Important Notes

  • Power: The festival does not offer access to electrical power. All vendors must be self-sufficient and bring their own portable power sources if needed.

  • Vendor Setup Information: Each booth includes a 28x96 picnic-style table. Details about booth setup, parking, and event logistics will be provided upon acceptance.

How to Apply

Interested in becoming a vendor? Follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Vendor Application Form on our website.

  2. Submit Your Application by October 15, 2024: Applications received after this date will be considered if space allows.

  3. Vendor Setup Information: Details about booth setup, parking, and event logistics will be provided upon acceptance.

Note: All applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to confirm vendors based on alignment with the festival’s values and overall offerings.

Vendor Guidelines & Vetting Process

To ensure a positive experience for attendees and vendors alike, all vendors will be vetted and confirmed by our committee. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality and integrity of offerings at the festival.

What We Consider:

  • Product or Service: Items sold should complement the family-friendly nature and cultural celebration of the festival.

  • Diversity: We aim to represent a wide variety of vendors, prioritizing diversity in both offerings and cultural representation.

  • Relevance to Theme: Preference may be given to vendors offering products, services, or activities related to Día de los Muertos or community engagement.

What’s Not Allowed

  • Inappropriate Content: No vendors promoting explicit, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate materials.

  • Unregistered Sellers: All vendors must be approved prior to the event, and no pop-up vendors will be allowed on the day of the festival.

  • Unauthorized Products: Vendors are not permitted to sell unapproved items that violate festival guidelines or local regulations.
