About:
Pecan & Wine is the premier spring event featuring our great weather and free admission in Downtown Camp Verde.
The Verde Valley Wine Consortium is a partner and will be hosting the wine tasting tent with 15 wineries from across the Verde Valley at this event. last year we had over 6,000 visitors for this 2 day event.
Offering multiple food vendors, a wide range of products for sale, great live music and local wineries along with a beer garden this will be an event not to miss.
Not a pet friendly event. Only Service Animals will be allowed.
Terms & Conditions
Once your application is received, Parks & Rec staff will review it. You will receive an email once it is received and then a second email once approved or rejected and this may take a few weeks. Please note that your credit card will be charged upon approval. You may need to provide the Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Camp Verde as an additional insured and the Endorsement, depending on your products. Things like knives, stun guns, and food will require the COI. The address on the COI should be 473 S. Main St, Camp Verde, AZ 86322 and we recommend you do not make it event specific so it can be used for all Town events that you may participate in over the course of a year. You will also need to make sure that you are cleared through Yavapai County Health Department for food items. The phone number to contact the Health Dept. is 928-771-3149. You can upload your documents during the application process.
Our events are open to a wide variety of vendors. Our goal is to prioritize vendors that fit the theme of each event. Final paid registration is on a first come, first served basis after selection. We reserve the right to decline an application based on our criteria and capacity for each event, taking into consideration the quality and content of the vendor. Please note that priority will be given to local vendors.
Cancellations must be made in writing by mail or email. 100% refunds will be issued if the cancellation is received 20 days prior to the event, 50% refunds will be issued if received 10 days prior to the event. No refund will be issued after that.
It is our expectation that all vendors will remain at the event for the duration of the event and comply with the scheduled set-up and take-down procedures provided, which includes taking care of your trash and staying within your assigned space. Failure to comply with these procedures can result in a $100 fee and could result in suspension from participation in future events.
For this event, we encourage our vendors to highlight pecan and pecan related products. P&R will provide a special sign that lets the public know you have pecan items.
Please remember pets are not allowed at our events. Service Animals ONLY allowed.
