Name of event: Second Annual Flavor of Arizona Festival
About: Welcome to our second annual Flavor of Arizona Festival at Boyce Thompson Arboretum. Flavor of Arizona aims to highlight all the foods, libations, and products that make Arizona special. Our attendees will taste and sip all things Arizona while enjoying products made by local artisans throughout the state, surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Arboretum.
The date for the 2024 Flavor of Arizona Festival will be April 07, 2024 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. We are excited that you are interested in joining us!
The event will be held at Boyce Thompson Arboretum (BTA), 37615 E Arboretum Way, Superior, AZ 85173. Flavor of Arizona is planning for 750 guests for our 2024 event.

We are also looking to highlight several featured food and drink vendors for Flavor of Arizona 2024. These vendors must highlight regional specific Arizona ingredients or dishes. Featured vendors must also align with the mission and values of the Arboretum.

Event Overview:
Vendors will be required to pay a $75 vendor fee. This fee provides you with a 10 by 10 foot space for setup. If you need additional space that will be subject to a larger fee. (Food Trucks are not required to pay for additional space)
Vendors will have the option to begin setting up on Saturday April 6, 2024.
Vendors must supply own equipment (tent, tables, chairs, plates, cups, etc.)
Vendors are encouraged to provide a free sample of product but not required.
