Name of event: Arizona Pupusas Festival
About: The Arizona Pupusas Festival is a celebration to commemorate the National Day of the Pupusas traditionally celebrated the 2nd Sunday in November in El Salvador. The Pupusa is a handmade corn tortilla filled inside with meat, cheese and beans or other choices of fillings. It is the National Food of El Salvador. Salvadorans make up the 2nd largest group of Latino immigrants in the US, and the largest group from Central America. The event is being organized by the Salvadoreno Restaurant with the goal to help promote the Salvadoran food and culture via these types of events.

Instructions: Complete the google form and submit your payment by 10/25/26 to be guaranteed a spot. Spots are on a limited, first time, first served basis. ALL FOOD VENDORS NEED TO APPLY FOR A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR THE EVENT or provide their mobile food, special event, or catering license.

Event venue is outdoors. Food trucks/trailers will park alongside the entrance on 3rd street by AMC theaters. The non-food vendors will have an area to set up booths inside Arizona Center shopping area. Must provide your own tent. Spaces are 10x10. Vendors must bring their own tables, displays, and setup materials that fit within the allotted space. All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area before leaving when the event is over.

By submitting payment and participating in Arizona Pupusas Festival, you agree to the following:
Professional Conduct: All vendors must maintain integrity, respect, ethical behavior, professionalism, and positive engagement.
Payment: Vendor fees are due by the stated deadline and must be paid via Zelle.
Cancellations: Vendor fees are non-refundable. Cancellations within two hours of the event will result in disqualification from future events.
Arrival: Vendors who arrive less than 30 minutes before start time will not be permitted to set up.
Liability: Arizona Pupusa Festival and its staff are not responsible for accidents, damages, or effects from vendor products. Vendors are fully responsible for their own products and are encouraged to carry business liability insurance.
Products: Vendors may not sell products from other businesses unless pre-approved.
Behavior: Disruptive behavior or conflicts will result in removal from the event.
Booth Staffing: No limit on booth staffing.
Space Assignments: Booth locations are pre-assigned. Requests for changes may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Marketing: Arizona Pupusas Festival is not responsible for individual sales outcomes. Vendors are encouraged to actively participate in event promotion and marketing efforts.
Non-Compliance: Vendors who fail to follow these guidelines may be excluded from future events.
Use of Media: By participating, you grant Arizona Pupusa Festival/Cultivo/Phxknows permission to use photos or videos of you, your booth, and your products for marketing and media purposes.
Confidentiality: Vendor fees, procedures, and event related activities are confidential and may not be shared externally.
