I started my work with workforce development in my role as the Post School Outcomes Education Program Specialist, Recruitment and Retention Specialist, and Monitor and Support Specialist at the Arizona Department of Education. I hold degrees in elementary education, special education, and educational leadership. I completed his Masters and undergrad degrees at Northern Arizona University. My interests lie in the area of workforce development, student engagement, teacher retention, and best practices to support students in the K-12 system and after high school. In recent years, I have focused on teacher retention, transition planning, collaboration, and data driven decision making. I have collaborated actively with several educational agencies in Arizona and school districts around the state. I am the President Elect for CEC and member of CEEDAR Arizona Project.
