Anaeli uses her food industry and consumer product goods experience to provide operational assistance that ensures Local First's community kitchens are running smoothly and are able to support food entrepreneurs with clean, safe and stocked facilities. With a rich history in culinary management and gastronomy, she also enjoys leading the kids cooking classes and food pantry at the community kitchen in Mesa.
