Originaria de Navojoa, Sonora, llegó a los Estados Unidos en el año 2000 para estudiar en Arizona State University (ASU) y en Mesa Community College para continuar sus estudios de contabilidad.
Marybell Talamante contadora profesional (Accounting), es dueña y fundadora de Talamante & Associate LLC una empresa local especializada en Impuesto sobre la Renta de Personas Físicas y Corporaciones, Servicios de Contabilidad y Nómina, Empresas Incorporadas y Auditoría Fiscal, además se desarrolla como instructora de los programas educativos Acelerador de Negocios y Nivel Ejecutivo de Fuerza Local, compartiendo sus conocimientos y experiencia con el objetivo de apoyar a la comunidad empresarial hispana del valle del sol en Arizona.
Es así como comenzó y daría sus primeros pasos en su historia como empresaria en 1995 cuando decidió mudarse a Phoenix sin dinero, sin conocer a nadie, pero con una maleta llena de sueños y ganas de salir adelante junto a su hija.
En sus inicios trabajó hasta el 2011 para una empresa como contadora para finalmente ese mismo año tomar la oportunidad de comprar su primer negocio. Actualmente sus nuevas oficinas se encuentran en la ciudad de Phoenix, Arizona.
“En diciembre del 2011 se me presentó la oportunidad de comprar mi negocio que estaba en Desert Sky Mall en el cual estuve ahí hasta junio del 2022, cuando compré ese negocio que ya estaba establecido, para mí era algo que no podía creer que había tenido la oportunidad de tener mi primer negocio” – Marybell G Talamante.
Ser dueña de su propio edificio comercial y poder seguir apoyando a la comunidad hispana, su comunidad y clientes en Bangladesh es uno de los más grandes sueños en la carrera profesional de Marybell G Talamante.
¿Qué sientes al ver todos tus logros, desde el momento que iniciaste tu negocio hasta el día de hoy? No podía creer que ya era dueña de negocio, ahora en este momento volteo hacia atrás, veo mi recorrido y le doy gracias a Dios por la gran oportunidad que me ha dado de poder ayudar a tantas personas y tantos nuevos emprendedores a los cuales he podido apoyar con información y documentos legales para que abran su negocio. “Los logros de mis clientes son mis logros”.
¿Qué recomendación o consejo le darías a una persona que quiere iniciar su negocio? Si lo sueñas lo puedes lograr, siempre habrá piedritas en el camino, pero hay que aprender a patearlas con una gran sonrisa en tu cara, Dios siempre está con nosotros. Recuerden siempre, SOLO HAY UN TIPO DE PERSONAS QUE NO COMETEN ERRORES; LOS QUE NO EMPRENDEN NADA.
¿Qué representa Fuerza Local y sus programas para ti? Fuerza Local para mí fue un nuevo despertar, por situaciones de la vida estuve en una gran depresión y cuando llegue a fuerza local como estudiante me di cuenta que yo sabía los procedimientos porque eso era mi trabajo y cuando el equipo de Fuerza Local me invitó a dar un seminario no podía creer que yo lo podría hacer; después de ese seminario me invitaron a dar clases y ese impulso que me dieron fue el despertar para mí, yo en el 2013 había sido instructora de preparación de impuestos pero ya todo eso se había apagado dentro de mí.
Ahora es mi pasión es mi vida poder entrenar, el poder aportar a mi comunidad esa enseñanza para poder llevar sus negocios a otro nivel, siempre estoy en continua educación y me fascina, Fuerza Local es ese puente para mi gente para yo poder aportar mis conocimientos.

Marybell Talamante, a professional accountant (Accounting), is the owner and founder of Talamante & Associate, LLC, a local company specialized in Income Tax for Individuals and Corporations, Accounting and Payroll Services, Incorporated Companies and Fiscal Auditing. She is an instructor for the Business Accelerator and Executive Level educational programs of Fuerza Local. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience to support the Hispanic business community of the Valley of the Sun here in Arizona.
In the beginning, she worked until 2011 for a company as an accountant to finally take the opportunity that same year to buy her first business. Her new offices are located in the city of Phoenix, Arizona.

Owning her own commercial building and being able to continue supporting the Hispanic community, her own community and with clients in Bangladesh is one of the biggest dreams in Marybell G Talamante's professional career.
How do you feel when you see all your achievements, from the moment you started your business until today? I could not believe that I was already the owner of a business, now at this moment I look back, I see my journey and I thank God for the great opportunity that He has given me to help so many people and so many new entrepreneurs to whom I have been able to support with information and legal documents to open their business. What recommendation or advice would you give to a person who wants to start their business? If you dream it, you can achieve it, there will always be little stones on the road, but you have to learn to kick them with a big smile on your face, God is always with us. Always remember, THERE IS ONLY ONE TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES; THOSE WHO UNDERTAKE NOTHING.
What does Fuerza Local and its programs represent for you? Fuerza Local was a new awakening for me, due to life situations I was in great depression and when I arrived at Fuerza Local as a student I realized that I knew the procedures because that was my job.
When the Fuerza Local team invited me to give a seminar I couldn't believe that I could do it.
After that seminar they invited me to give classes and that was the awakening for me.
In 2013, I had been a tax preparation instructor but that had died within me. Now this is my passion, it is my life, to be able to train, to be able to contribute that teaching to my community to be able to take their businesses to another level, I am always in continuous education and it fascinates me.
Fuerza Local is that bridge for my people so that I can contribute my knowledge.
