Tony y Brenda Salcido son originarios de Chihuahua, México y son los fundadores de Tony Brenda Photography. Una empresa local establecida en la ciudad de Phoenix desde el 2018 que ofrece los servicios de fotografía y video profesional para eventos sociales y corporativos.
Actualmente están ofreciendo en mayo y abril sesiones para niños de mini pascua y día de las madres.
El inicio de este sueño, nació de Tony Salcido, porque después de muchos años de trabajar en video y tener una gran afinidad por la fotografía, decidió emprender su primer negocio junto a su esposa Brenda Salcido. Con el tiempo pudieron obtener la educación profesional y el equipo necesario para ofrecer este servicio y poder ser capaces de administrar su propio tiempo que les permitiera estar más cerca de su familia.
Graduados de la 14 Generación del Acelerador de Negocios de Fuerza Local, pudieron aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos durante los 6 meses del curso, una de las principales enseñanzas fue aprender cómo dirigir correctamente su empresa.
“Había muchas cosas que no estábamos haciendo bien, cuando iniciamos en Fuerza Local, no teníamos el plan de negocios, no sabíamos si el negocio estaba saludable o en crecimiento. Pudimos hacer nuestros contratos que nos generó más seguridad para nuestros clientes y nuestro negocio. El mejor consejo que puedo dar como empresaria para los que aún no abren su negocio es que no tengan miedo, que todo se puede lograr y habrá tiempos difíciles pero es muy bonito tener tu propio negocio y tener tu tiempo. Me encanta lo que hacemos y ofrecemos a la comunidad”.– Brenda Salcido
El año 2020 dejó huella en la historia y evolución en los servicios que ofrecía Tony Brenda Photography, despues de terminar un exitoso 2019, habían pronosticado grandes oportunidades de crecimiento y ya contaban con una agenda confirmada para los próximos 6 meses del año, sin embargo con la llegada de Covid 19, sus planes cambiaron radicalmente y tuvieron que implementar nuevas estrategias para mantener a flote su negocio y encontrar la forma de no perder a sus clientes por el cierre total de salones de eventos, fiestas y todo lo relacionado a entretenimiento. Fueron meses muy difíciles, pero siempre se mantuvieron fuertes y encontraron la forma de no perder a sus clientes y todo por lo que habian trabajado.
Durante este tiempo los servicios se convierten en su totalidad a sesiones fotográficas familiares, bebés o embarazos que ayudaron a Tony Brenda Photography a entregar el servicio que sus clientes necesitaban.
“No era tan común hacer este tipo de sesiones pero con la llegada de la pandemia se fortaleció y hasta el dia de hoy aún sigue vigente este servicio que nos sigue generando ingresos” -Tony Salcido
Grandes enseñanzas les dejo Covid19 a esta empresa local, entre ellas la importancia del ahorro, la organización, el servicio al cliente de calidad y sobre todo el valor de la familia. Entre sus planes a futuro es poder obtener una localidad más grande donde puedan ofrecer set de fotografías para otros colegas fotógrafos, maquillistas y sobre todo hacer crecer su staff.

Fuerza Local Member Spotlight - Tony Brenda Photography LLC
Tony and Brenda Salcido are originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, and are the founders of Tony Brenda Photography, a local company established in the city of Phoenix in 2018. They offer professional photography and video services for social and corporate events.
Currently, they are offering mini Easter and Mother's Day photography sessions for children in May and April.
Their dream began with Tony Salcido, after many years of working in video and having a great fondness towards photography, he decided to start his first business together with his wife Brenda Salcido. Over time, they were both able to gain a professional education and the equipment necessary to offer their best services. As a result, they were able to manage their schedule and to spend more time with their family.
The Salcido’s are graduates of the 14th Generation of the Fuerza Local business accelerator. One of the main lessons they learned was how to properly run their business.
“There were many things that we were not doing well when we started in Fuerza Local. We did not have a business plan, we did not know if the business was healthy or growing. We were able to make our own contracts that helped give our clients more peace of mind. The best advice I can give as a business woman for those who have not yet opened their business is not to be afraid. Everything can be achieved and there will be difficult times, but it is very nice to have your own business and make your own schedule. I love what we do and offer to the community.” – Brenda Salcido
2020 left a mark on Tony Brenda Photography, after finishing a successful 2019. They had predicted great growth opportunities and already had a confirmed agenda for the next 6 months of the year. However, with the arrival of COVID-19, their plans radically changed and they had to implement new strategies to keep their business afloat. They had to find a way not to lose their customers due to the complete closure of event spaces, parties and everything related to entertainment. There were very difficult months, but they also stayed strong. They found a way not to lose their clients and everything they had been working for.
During this time, the services were focused entirely on families, babies, or pregnancy photoshoots which helped Tony Brenda Photography meet their clients’ needs and stay afloat.

COVID-19 has taught the company great lessons, including the importance of saving, organization, quality customer service and, above all, the value of family. One of their future plans includes being able to obtain a larger location where they can offer a set for other photographers, makeup artists and to also grow their staff.
