Adrian y Mary Pineda son los fundadores de Pineda's Auto Glass LLC, una compañía local en Phoenix, Arizona que abrió sus puertas en agosto de 2010 y esta especializada en el reemplazo de parabrisas y ventanas para todo tipo de automóviles, compostura de reguladores y polarizados.
Esta gran historia de superación nació hace más de 30 años cuando Adrian Pineda aún era muy joven y daba sus primeros pasos en esta industria. Inició a los 17 años en la ciudad de México trabajando para una compañía donde pudo conocer todo acerca de las instalaciones de parabrisas de autos y años después le ofrecieron la oportunidad de poder viajar a Estados Unidos para trabajar en otra compañía por 4 años.
“La idea de Pineda's Auto Glass nació desde que yo trabajaba para otros auto glass y sentía que no quería ser empleado toda mi vida, yo sabía que podía tener mi propio negocio y me sentía motivado al conocer la historia de mi empleador, y yo me decía, si el pudo yo también puedo lograrlo, aunque sabía que no sería fácil me puse el objetivo de que un día lo lograría y así fue después de muchos años de sacrificio. Estoy muy orgulloso de nunca haberme rendido y buscar hacer realidad mi sueño y el de mi familia” – Adrian Pineda.
El mayor reto para Pineda's Auto Glas fue el no tener los conocimientos sobre cómo administrar una empresa en Arizona y no contar con el suficiente capital para invertir. Obtuvieron su licencia con la ciudad de Phoenix y solicitaron un préstamo por 5K dólares que se invirtió en equipo básico, material y la renta de su primer local que solo contaba con 30 pies cuadrados.
Los años le han enseñado a Mary y Adrian la importancia de educarse y rodearse de instituciones que les ofrezcan una educación para lograr el éxito y salud de su negocio. Fue así como en el año 2020 se inscribieron al programa Acelerador de Negocios de Fuerza Local 14 generación y en el 2022 se graduaron de la segunda generación del Programa Nivel Ejecutivo de Fuerza Local.
“En el programa Nivel Ejecutivo aprendimos que si queremos que nuestro negocio sobresalga necesitamos estar muy abiertos a hacer los cambios necesarios aunque no nos gusten, debemos de perder el miedo a los cambios y salir de nuestra burbuja por comodidad. No es fácil pero si no lo hacemos no lograremos nuestros objetivos. Hay mucha ayuda para pequeños negocios pero debemos salir a buscarla y es importante que nos apoyemos entre pequeños negocios sin importar si somos del mismo giro comercial” – Mary Pineda
Con grandes metas a futuro, Pineda’s Auto Glass se sigue capacitando para llegar aún más lejos, y ser un referente de éxito y generación de empleos en la comunidad empresarial hispana de Arizona. En la actualidad Pinedas Auto Glass, ya cuenta con un área de 3000 pies cuadrados y entre sus proyecciones a 4 años es mejorar su historial crediticio del negocio para poder obtener un préstamo que les dé la oportunidad de comprar su propio terreno y/o bodega y trasladar a una nueva casa a Piendas Auto Glass.

Fuerza Local Member Spotlight -Pineda’s Auto Glass LLC
Adrian and Mary Pineda are the founders of Pineda's Auto Glass LLC, a local auto glass company in Phoenix, Arizona. They opened their doors in August 2010 specializing in windshield and window replacement for all types of automobiles, regulator repair and window tinting.
This success story began more than 30 years ago. Adrian Pineda started working at age 17 in Mexico City where he learned all about windshield installations. Several years later he was offered the opportunity to travel to the United States to work for another company.
"The idea of starting Pineda's Auto Glass began because I knew that I did not want to be an employee my entire life, and I knew I could start my own business,” says Adrian.
“I remember saying to myself, if my employer can do it I can do it too. I knew it would not be easy. I set the goal that one day I would achieve my dream of entrepreneurship and did after many years of sacrifice. I am very proud of never giving up on myself and trying to make my dream come true for me and my family.”
One of Pineda's biggest challenges was not having the knowledge of how to run a business in Arizona and not having enough capital to invest in the business. They obtained their license through the city of Phoenix and applied for a $5K loan which was invested in buying basic equipment, materials and rent for their first location, which was only 30 square feet!
Throughout the years’ Mary and Adrian have learned about the importance of educating themselves and looking for institutions that offer them an education. In 2020 they enrolled in Fuerza Local's Business Accelerator program and in 2022 they graduated from the second cohort of Fuerza Local's Executive Level Program.
"In the Executive Level program we learned that if we want our business to excel we need to be very open to making the necessary changes even if we do not like them, we must lose the fear of change and get out of our comfort zone,” says Mary. “It is not easy but if we do not do it we will not achieve our goals. There is a lot of help for small businesses but we must go out and look for it and it is important that we support each other regardless of whether we are in the same line of business.”
With big goals for the future, Pineda’s Auto Glass continues to look ahead, they want to be positive examples for others and work on job creation within the Hispanic business community in Arizona. Currently, Pinedas Auto Glass has a location of 3000 square feet and included in their 4-year projection is to improve their business credit history in order to obtain a loan that gives them the opportunity to buy their own land and / or a warehouse.
