Javier y Verónica Acosta son empresarios locales graduados de la sexta generación del Programa Acelerador de Negocios de Fuerza Local en el año 2016 con JJ Publicidad LLC.
Esta historia de emprendimiento, pasión y tenacidad inició en el año 2011 con el nacimiento de JJ Publicidad LLC, siendo esta misma empresa la base para el surgimiento de 2 grandes proyectos que conocemos hoy como Entre Mujeres Radio y Decibel Academia.
Javier y Verónica iniciaron su carrera desde muy jóvenes, contando ya con más de 30 años de experiencia en el transcurso de su carrera profesional han trabajado en diferentes radiodifusoras de México y Estados Unidos. Su pasión siempre es y será la radio, un espacio donde pueden demostrar todas sus habilidades y conocimientos en comunicaciones y sobre todo un lugar que no consideran un trabajo sino un estilo de vida en familia donde apoyan a personas a desarrollar sus talentos.
Esta pareja de empresarios, esposos y familia comparten que el primer motivo de haber abierto JJ Publicidad LLC fue una crisis económica y las pocas probabilidades de crecimiento en la radiodifusora en la que Javier trabajaba en ese momento, por lo cual tomaron la decisión de abrir y registrar su agencia JJ Publicidad LLC para ofrecer los servicios de producción de radio, páginas web y videos promocionales, pero después de varios años de trabajo pudieron percatarse que algo no estaba desarrollándose como creían que seria, fue en ese momento que se preguntaron ¿Qué sabemos hacer? ¡Su respuesta inmediata y sincronizada fue RADIO! y es así como hubo un cambio total en su agencia inicial dando origen a Entre Mujeres Radio.
Entre Mujeres Radio fue concebida en mayo de 2015 y actualmente es una plataforma de streaming en formato de radio, con programas de alto contenido, podcast y videos dirigida y representada por comunicadores profesionales en su área.
¿Pero cómo nació Entre Mujeres Radio? Javier y Verónica siempre habían deseado tener su propia estación de radio pero por diferentes razones no había dado ese paso, hasta que un día en una conferencia donde Verónica y algunas amigas empresarias estaba reunidas y planeando un proyecto mutuo, surgió la idea de abrir con ellas una plataforma de radio para apoyar a las personas interesadas en expresarse y desarrollar sus propios proyectos de radio, con contenido de valor y a la vez un espacio donde pudieran aprender sus destrezas frente al micrófono y hablar en público con la guía de Javier y Verónica.
Desde sus inicios para Entre Mujeres Radio no fue nada fácil, pero el dar ese primer paso fue una combinación de sentimientos, la emoción y la incredulidad de ver que era una realidad y que ya estaban en el arranque de este proyecto. Aunque se toparon con diferentes retos, como no poder obtener el registro de marca de la radio que marcó el rumbo de sus planes iniciales y tomaron la decisión de pasar de radio tradicional a radio por internet, decisión que fue aceptada por el grupo de las 7 Mujeres que habían arrancado junto a Javier y Verónica este sueño.
Es así como el sábado 23 de mayo de 2015 se produjo la primera transmisión de Entre Mujeres Radio desde el comedor de su casa para posteriormente en un lapso de 5 meses abrir por primera vez sus oficinas oficiales en la ciudad de Glendale en septiembre de 2015 donde gracias a su gran trabajo y confianza pudieron abrir unas oficinas más adecuadas a sus necesidades, además de aumentar sus clientes y audiencia.

JJ Publicidad LLC sigue creciendo y ya cuenta con nuevas oficinas desde marzo de 2021 donde ampliaron sus servicios, programas de radio, podcast y pueden ofrecer su segundo gran proyecto, una plataforma que desde enero de 2022 ayuda a fortalecer la capacidad de comunicación, expresión y narrativa para aumentar la confianza al hablar en público con instructores experimentados en el área de la comunicación llamada Decibel Academia, que además cuenta con talleres para editar y musicalizar anuncios para redes sociales y talleres para mujeres adultas que les ayude a fortalecer su autoestima y confianza para posar ante las cámaras para mejorar su rendimiento como empresarias y en su vida personal.

Siendo graduados del Acelerador de Negocios aprendieron a elaborar y entender la importancia del Plan de Negocios, así como conocer sobre contabilidad, seguros para negocio y servicio al cliente”. Javier and Verónica Acosta, owners of JJ Publicidad LLC, are local entrepreneurs who graduated from the sixth cohort of the Fuerza Local Business Accelerator Program in 2016.
This story of entrepreneurship, passion and tenacity began in 2011 with the birth of JJ Publicidad LLC. This company has been the base for the emergence of 2 great projects that we know today as Entre Mujeres Radio and Decibel Academia.
Javier and Verónica started their careers at a very young age, already having more than 30 years of experience in the course of their professional careers; they have worked in different radio stations in Mexico and the United States. Their passion has always been and will be radio, a space where they can demonstrate all their skills and knowledge in communications and, above all, a place that they do not consider a job but a family lifestyle where they support people to develop their talents.
This business minded couple, spouses and family share that the first reason for having opened JJ Publicidad LLC was an economic crisis and the little chance of growth in the radio station where Javier worked at that time. That was the reason for which they decided to open and register their agency JJ Publicidad LLC. They offered radio production services, web pages and promotional videos, but after several years of work they were able to realize that something was not developing as they thought it would be. It was at that moment that they asked themselves, what do we know and do? Their immediate and mutual response was RADIO! And this is how there was a total change, in the original agency, giving rise to Entre Mujeres Radio.
Entre Mujeres Radio was conceived in May 2015 and is currently a streaming platform in radio format, with high content programs, podcasts and videos directed and represented by professional communicators in their area.
But how was Entre Mujeres Radio born? Javier and Verónica had always wanted to have their own radio station but for different reasons they had not taken that step. That was until one day at a conference where Verónica and some business friends were meeting and planning a mutual project. The idea of them opening a radio platform was born. The concept was to support people interested in expressing themselves and developing their own radio projects, with valuable content and at the same time a space where they could learn their skills in front of the microphone and speak in public with the guidance of Javier and Verónica.
From the beginning for Entre Mujeres Radio it was not easy at all, but taking that first step was a combination of feelings, emotion and disbelief to see that it was a reality and that they were already at the start of this project. Although they encountered different challenges, such as not being able to obtain the radio brand registration that set the course for their initial plans, they made the decision to move from traditional radio to internet radio, a decision that was accepted by the group of 7 women who had started this dream together with Javier and Verónica.
This is how, on Saturday, May 23, 2015, the first transmission of Entre Mujeres Radio took place from the dining room of her house, and later, in a period of 5 months, they opened their official office for the first time in the City of Glendale, in September 2015. Thanks to their great work and trust, they were able to open offices more suited to their needs, in addition to increasing their clients and audience.

JJ Publicidad LLC continues to grow, in March 2021, they moved into their new and expanded office space. They have expanded their services, radio programs, podcasts and now offer their second major project, called Decibel Academy, since January 2022, helps strengthen communication, expression and narrative to increase confidence when speaking in public. With this new platform of experienced instructors in the area of communication, they have workshops to edit and musicalize announcements for social networks and workshops for adult women. This helps them strengthen their self-esteem and confidence to pose in front of the cameras that will improve their performance as businesswomen and in their personal lives.
Passion is the heart of your business! We adopted that phrase a long time ago, because when a person does things with that emotion, it will flow better because they will be in an environment that makes them happy. Being graduates of the Business Accelerator, they learned to prepare and understand the importance of the Business Plan, as well as learn about accounting, business insurance and customer service. They have collaborated with Fuerza Local, supporting with their experience in the live transmission of the great moments of celebration and joy during the last 3 Business Accelerator graduations.
