En el mes de la herencia hispana es importante dar a conocer las diferentes historias de inspiración y motivación por parte de nuestros empresarios locales que han completado satisfactoriamente el programa Acelerador de Negocios de Fuerza Local y que al mismo tiempo ayudan a entender el gran impacto que generan para las futuras generaciones de empresarios y emprendedores en el estado.
Una de estas grandiosas historias pertenece a una de nuestras recientes graduadas de la 18ª Generación del Programa que a través de su experiencia como nueva empresaria nos cuenta todo acerca de porque ella es una orgullosa hispana en Estados Unidos.
Danayzet Fauré es orgullosamente originaria de Venezuela, mamá soltera, especialista en telecomunicaciones y derecho espacial y entre muchas otras facetas que la distinguen, pero sobre todo es una amante de los perros y defensora de sus derechos. Emigró a los Estados Unidos hace 3 años sola con su hijo de 6 años y el regresar a su país ya no era una opción, esta fue una de las razones que la llevaron a convertirse en empresaria local de Arizona con Dana Grooming LLC.
Dana Grooming LLC es una empresa local dedicada al cuidado integral de los perritos que ofrece servicio a domicilio y que actualmente cuenta con una exclusiva línea de shampoos veganos libres de alcohol y parabenos.
Dana Grooming LLC nació en plena pandemia, producto de una severa depresión que Danayzet sufrió por el fallecimiento de su perrito en Venezuela, para superar este proceso ella considero que si interactuaba con los perritos y los ayudaba a mantenerse sanos mejoraría su situación. Sin hablar inglés comenzó a tocar puertas ofreciendo el servicio, justo en un momento donde los principales establecimientos que brindan esta atención estaban cerrados por COVID-19 y había una importante necesidad en los hogares de mantener limpias a las mascotas, fue así y con casi nada de recursos que inicia su gran aventura como empresaria local. Su negocio representa muchas cosas para ella, pero principalmente el sustento de su familia y nos comparte que todo lo que tiene en este momento es gracias a que su negocio le ha dado la oportunidad de levantarse con dignidad en un nuevo país.
¿Qué significa para Danayzet Faure el Mes Nacional de la Herencia Hispana?
“Me da mucha emoción, me gustaría que no fuera solo un mes para celebrar nuestras raíces, me encantaría que constantemente sea celebrada nuestra herencia hispana porque que los hispanos representamos una fuerza trabajadora importante en este país, me encanta la música de mi país y mostrar mi cultura en estas latitudes me llena de orgullo.”
Danayzet Faure se presenta a sí misma como una orgullosa empresaria Afrolatina en Arizona. “Ser hispano es tan maravilloso y contrastante que hablamos el mismo idioma, pero nos comunicamos tan distinto los unos con los otros, es un gusto estar en un país extranjero y encontrarme a otro hispano y poder compartir nuestras culturas, pero también es muy importante que nos apoyemos como empresarios hispanos y sobre todo como empresarios locales. Siempre procuro que los proveedores de mi negocio sean locales, me hace sentir más cómoda porque me gusta apoyar a otros pequeños empresarios como yo.
Para Danayzet la comunidad empresarial hispana en los Estados Unidos es sumamente trabajadora y muchas veces solo les hace falta la guía educativa para llevar sus negocios hacia el éxito, esto fue algo que encontró en Fuerza Local cuando cursó el programa y pudo registrar su negocio y aprender sobre diferentes temas de importancia (que le han ayudado en el crecimiento de su negocio) como los impuestos, finanzas y marketing. Fuerza Local representa para ella un gran apoyo para el empresario hispano, un consejero que siempre está a la disposición para ayudarle a crecer.
Siempre aconseja a su comunidad hispana de jamás rendirse y creer en sí mismos para lograr lo que creen imposible. “A Proud Local Afro-Latina Businesswoman in Arizona”
During Hispanic Heritage Month, it is important to publicize the different stories of inspiration and motivation from our local entrepreneurs who have successfully completed the Fuerza Local Business Accelerator program and at the same time to help understand the great impact they generate for future generations of entrepreneurs in the state.
One of these great stories belongs to one of our recent graduates from the 18th Cohort who, through her experience as a new entrepreneur, tells us all about why she is a proud Hispanic in the United States.
Danayzet Fauré is originally from Venezuela, a single mother, a specialist in telecommunications and space law and among many other facets that distinguish her, but above all she is a dog lover and defender of their rights. She immigrated to the United States 3 years ago alone with her 6 year old son. Returning to her country was no longer an option, this was one of the reasons that led her to become a local Arizona businesswoman with Dana Grooming LLC.
Dana Grooming LLC is a mobile local company dedicated to the comprehensive care of puppies and currently has an exclusive line of vegan shampoos free of alcohol and parabens.
Dana Grooming LLC was born during the pandemic, this was her way to fight a severe depression, due to the death of her puppy in Venezuela. To overcome this process, she believed that if she interacted with other puppies and helped them stay healthy, her situation would improve. Without speaking English, she began knocking on doors offering the service, at the same time that other businesses were closing due to COVID-19. At this time there was a huge need in homes to keep pets clean. This is how she started, with little to no resources she began her great adventure as a local businesswoman. Her business represents many things for her, but mainly to be able to provide for her family and she shares with us that everything she has at this moment is thanks to the fact that her business has given her the opportunity to get up with dignity in a new country.
What does National Hispanic Heritage Month mean to Danayzet Faure?
“It gives me a lot of emotion, I would like it not to be just a month to celebrate our roots, I would love for our Hispanic heritage to be constantly celebrated because Hispanics represent an important working force in this country, I love the music of my country and being able to share my culture fills me with pride.”
Danayzet Faure introduces herself as a proud Afro-Latina businesswoman in Arizona. “Being Hispanic is so wonderful and contrasting that we speak the same language, but we communicate so differently with each other, it is a pleasure to be in a foreign country and meet another Hispanics and be able to share our cultures, but it is also very important to support each other as Hispanic business owner and above all as local business owner. I always try to have local suppliers for my business, it makes me feel more comfortable because I like to support other small entrepreneurs like me.”
For Danayzet, the Hispanic business community in the United States is extremely hard-working community and many times they just need the educational guidance to lead their businesses to success, this was something that she found in Fuerza Local when she attended the classes of the business accelerator program and was able to register her business and learn about different important topics (this has help my business grow) such as taxes, finances and marketing. For her, Fuerza Local represents a great support for the Hispanic business owners, a representative is always available to help.
She always recommends the Hispanic community to never give up and believe in themselves to achieve what they believe is impossible. "Big dreams only come true if you work and focus on them, being disciplined, constant and persevering will make you reach the desired goal", this is how Danayzet faithfully follows this philosophy by working hard and investing in itself to continue growing as a great businesswoman and representative of her country and her community.
