At Desert Botanical Garden Feb. 25-26, 2023

PHOENIX  (Nov. 4, 2022) — Tickets go on sale to the general public tomorrow, Saturday, Nov. 5, for Local First Arizona’s 14th annual Devour Culinary Classic at the beautiful Desert Botanical Garden, the most anticipated culinary event of the region.

Don’t wait to secure your spot, as the beloved chef-inspired event returns Feb. 25-26, 2023, for the first in-person showcase since 2020, made possible by Local First Arizona, Desert Botanical Garden and Southern Arizona Arts and Culture Alliance.

Already, the Saturday early entry package has sold out to members with special pre-sale access, and Sunday early entry packages are going quickly! General admission tickets are also available.

Tickets to the event can be purchased at www.devourphoenix.com

A few of the purveyors that will treat Devour attendees to mouthwatering delights (with many more favorites to be added soon) include:

Devour Culinary Classic since 2009 has become the hottest culinary event in the state, flaunting Arizona’s most celebrated cuisine and libations to the rest of the country. Hensley Beverage Company and Quench Fine Wines return as key sponsors.

“With James Beard-award winners, indigenous food producers and pioneering restaurateurs throughout Arizona, our local food scene competes with the best in the U.S. Celebrating the innovative indulgences they provide our state is what Devour Culinary Classic is all about,” said Kimber Lanning, CEO and founder of Local First Arizona. “There’s a reason our tickets sell out every year. No other event showcases Arizona culinary talent like this one.”

The two-day feast has been recognized as the Best Southwestern Culinary Festival by the New York Times and is regularly praised by AZCentral.com, Phoenix Magazine and Arizona Foothills Magazine.

As hundreds of chefs, brewers, vintners, distillers and local foodies make their way to the Garden for palate-pleasing fun, the Devour Excellence Awards are bestowed by a bevy of America’s top food critics.

"Judging Devour 2020 was no easy feat with the local chefs putting on their best show. Coming from New York City and Boston, I was entirely impressed by the creativity and quality of the 100+ dishes I tried,” said Jillian Dara, a 2020 judge and travel, wine, spirits and culture writer at Forbes, Travel + Leisure, Shape, and Men's Journal. “Congrats to the Devour team and to the Arizona food and beverage community for introducing me to your booming foodie scene."
