Grant Basics: Board Management 101

An engaged and effective board plays an important role in organizational sustainability and grant readiness. This workshop from the Local First Arizona Economic Resource Center explores best practices for recruiting, supporting and activating board members to strengthen governance and organizational leadership. Participants will gain tools to better engage their boards in fundraising, strategy and mission alignment.
