Stephanie Vasquez is a proud Latina entrepreneur, business leader, and Arizona State University graduate with a deep passion for community and innovation. With over 17 years of experience, she is the founder and owner of Fair rade Cafe, a cornerstone of the Phoenix community and the longest-standing sustainable coffee shop in Downtown Phoenix. Stephanie’s entrepreneurial journey is characterized by her unwavering dedication to empowering others and uplifting her community, notably through her non-profit organization, E.L.L.A. (Empowering Latina Leaders in Arizona), which she successfully brought from concept to reality.

Through E.L.L.A., Stephanie has launched three flagship programs: Mujeres Mercado, Amor Collective, and Amor Amigas, each designed to support and elevate Latina entrepreneurs and community leaders. Her commitment to the Phoenix community extends well beyond her businesses. As a vocal advocate and mentor, Stephanie shares her expertise with aspiring food entrepreneurs through programs like ASU Prepped.
