Philip Sheinbein

Phil has successfully led GMR through the 2009 financial crisis, the Green Fence and National Sword Chinese Government recycling import restrictions, and the volatility of commodity prices during Covid. He leads by example and has built the largest processor of manufacturing, distribution and industrial waste streams in Arizona. Phil’s sustainability credentials are backed up by receiving the Arizona Chamber of Commerce’s Inaugural Sustainability Award and as a Finalist for the 2023 Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence from Arizona Forward. Phil currently serves as Chair of the Arizona Recycling Advisory Committee of ADEQ.
