With years of experience as a marketing strategist, Iliana has successfully managed teams of all sizes, honing her expertise in fostering collaboration and building trust. In 2023, Iliana founded the Sheaborhood Business Alliance, a collaborative initiative uniting business owners, residents, and city officials to promote local businesses, revitalize the neighborhood, and boost economic growth.
