After 15 years in corporate banking, Gabe Hagen stepped away from the boardroom to brew a new kind of impact: forging inclusive community spaces that spark genuine connection. He is the visionary behind Brick Road Coffee in Tempe, Empower Coffee Roasters in Mesa, and Prism Coffee Lab—ventures committed to cultivating unity in every cup.

Armed with a Master of Legal Studies from USC Gould School of Law, Gabe applies a strategic lens to community-building. In his free time, Gabe serves as Treasurer of the Greater Phoenix Equality Chamber of Commerce, Board Member for Tempe Tourism, Commissioner on the Tempe Neighborhood Advisory Commission, and Council Member on the Small Business for America's Future Advisory Council.

His mission is clear: harness the power of coffee and community to empower small businesses, encourage collaboration, and catalyze positive social change.
