About our presenter: Charmaine grew up in a small farming town in Illinois, then moved out west and earned her Bachelor's of Business Management from Souther Utah University. She's worked for the last seven years at the Eastern Arizona College Small Business Development Center as a business counselor assisting start-up and established businesses with customer service, marketing, accounting, business plan writing and more. She resides in Thatcher, AZ with her husband, four kids, dog and two crazy cats. Charmaine has volunteered several years as a charter school board member, t-ball coach, soccer coach, Cub Scout leader and committee member for various community groups. Her hobbies include making lists, trying to remember what day it is and eating chocolate in a dark pantry while hiding from her children.
