External Users – How to Submit Files

  1. Bulk-label your images
    Use your photo-editing tool (Adobe Bridge or similar) to apply labels to all images at once.

  2. Add required details
    In the upload window, click Select All (bottom left), then click Edit.
    Add the following information to every photo:

    • Photo credit

    • Event name

    • Location

    • File quality

    • Date

  3. Review before submitting
    You’ll be able to review all assets before selecting Submit.
    * If you try to leave the page before submitting, you’ll be prompted to submit first.

  4. Accepted file types

    • Accepted: JPG, PNG, video files

    • Not accepted: HEIC files

Accepted file types:
Only JPG and PNG files are accepted. HEIC files are not allowed.

Renaming multiple files:
Resources for bulk renaming on Windows and Mac are available.

Preparing your photos for submission:

  1. Select “Select All” in the bottom-left corner of the window.

  2. Click “Edit” to add the required details to all selected photos.

  3. Add the custom fields chosen by Local First Arizona to help organize and tag images. This process takes about one minute.

Before submitting:
You will be able to review all assets prior to clicking Submit.
If you attempt to exit before submitting, you will receive a prompt to finish your submission.
