Have you noticed the restaurant upgrade at Sky Harbor Terminal 4?

If you’ve flown in or out of Phoenix Sky Harbor Terminal 4, you may have noticed there’s a refreshing difference in the air. Perhaps it’s the scent of a freshly brewed cup of coffee from Cartel or the smell of carne asada tacos cooking at Barrio Cafe.
