Business Vendor Opportunities

Local First Arizona has compiled a list of events and festivals that seek business vendors and exhibitors. Check out this (continuously growing) list of great opportunities to get your business seen in the community!

Please note: many of these events require vendor applications 1-3 months in advance, so plan accordingly! You can check out more details for the events by clicking on the links.

Also note: at times the coordinators for individual events and markets will change details without notifying us; it is a good practice to double check this information with the source before planning to attend.

  1. many of the links are still dated 2013 – have these fairs been stopped?
    for example “made market”…

Hi Felicebiscotti – sometimes the annual events take a while to get their information updated for their next event, I’m sure we’ll be seeing information soon for these annual events later this year! I would suggest keeping an eye on this page, or contacting the event organizers to find more information. Thanks!

  3. avatar Miguel Ivery says:

Hello, I was curious to how one might get on this list. My company, (Afro:Baile) hosts the annual “Brazilian Day Arizona Festival” – a celebration of Brazil’s Independence day. We are the largest Brazilian Festival in the valley and will be entering our 5th Year coming up in September (6th) 2014. The event takes place at the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts. The event drew roughly 2,000 people this past September (2013) and we are looking to increase that number next year in 2014. We have room for around 20 vendors. We would be glad to offer up space for potential vendors if some are interested. We do have a fee we charge, and it comes with a ton of Marketing on our behalf included in the price.

Please feel free to view our website and let me know if we can be added to this list for potential vendors or any other opportunities you may see our festival being helpful to the local community. My company Afro:Baile is a local owned and operated Brazilian Music and Events company based in Gilbert, Arizona. You can find more about us at

    Thank you

Hi now that the farmers markets are over till we get into cooler temperatures I was wondering if there are any events to be included in. If anyone is looking for a unique vendor for their event please contact me. A lot of festivals say art or food and we kinda fall in the middle ;) We make handmade from scratch marshmallows in multiple flavors.

    Thank you,

  12. Hi Everyone!!! I am an It Works Distributor…..home of that “crazy wrap thing!” :) We have 100% all natural health, skin and weight loss products, as well as our amazing detoxifying body and facial wraps. I would love to participate in any upcoming events across the state of Arizona. Please email me with any information and/or pricing for upcoming events. I would love to see you all there!

    Thanks so much!!!

  13. Hi everyone! I’m a new pro with Damsel in Defense & looking to get into some events so I can start equipping, educating & empowering women (everyone really) about their personal safety. 1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime & that’s disturbing, especially when college age women are 4 times more likely to be assaulted. We can change this! We carry stun guns, pepper sprays, personal alarms & road side safety products. We have something for everyone! I’d appreciate any referrals & hope to see some of you at these events.

    Debra Bergmark
