Consumers are consciously becoming more supportive of businesses that are making their communities better places. From social entrepreneurs who develop businesses that solve real world problems to retail shops, restaurants, product manufacturers and service providers that regularly give back, all business have the ability to be recognized for value through innovative and sustainable solutions.

This workshop will focus on defining and understanding what exactly ‘impact’ is, or what some commonly call your triple bottom line – people, planet and profit. We will identify ways to regularly track your impact, and how to use this in your operations, marketing and financial plans.
