Members Mixer Recap: MacMedia

Ever wonder where you can find local Apples? We’re not talking about the kind you eat, we’re talking about the oh-so beloved iPods, iPads, MacBooks and anything Apple you can think of! For our July Members Mixer we visited MacMedia Inc., Arizona’s largest Apple specialist. Not only was the space at their West valley location innovative and unique, but it was equipped with friendly and knowledgable staff much like (but we think much better than) the service provided by corporate Apple stores. When Director, Kimber Lanning, asked a MacMedia manager what differentiated them from the big “geniuses” he without hesitation responded, “Well we are locally owned!” Having that knowledge is pretty genius in our book! Thank you to all the members who donated door prizes. Special thanks to Brian and the Peoria MacMedia team who also gave away a slew of cool Apple swag and provided food from local eateries Switch & Betty’s Nosh!
