Only dues paying members can be vendors at the event.
We are looking for fun, interactive booths. We're anticipating more than 3,500 festival-goers this year. (Last year, Spinato's Pizza went through 1400 slices of pizza and had a big spike in business in the months after the event.)
Members can rent a full booth for $185 or a half booth for $100. One Booth contains three 7-foot tables with a canopy overhead. Choosing "Half a Booth" gives you 1 & 1/2 tables. You can request to share a booth with a compatible business. We always do our best to make sure the events flows well from booth to booth. To reserve space, call Kimber: 602.956.0909 -
Members & friends can supply us with 500 promotional items to stuff in our "Goodie Bags" that will be given to the first people who arrive that day.
Past items include BedMart sleep masks, magnets, Consolidated Auto Sales pens, great Coupons, Arizona flags, and business fliers.
Cost to you for us to stuff the bags and hand them out: $35.00. Deadline is October 24th.
Promotional Bag items & your $35.00 Payment Check will need to be dropped off at the Duck and Decanter, 16th & Camelback, ATTN: TOD. -

Mark your calendar today and bring your friends. Tell your employees and invite your customers and vendors!
Members who are considering renting a booth:
- Restaurants/Food vendors must offer free samples, and are also welcome to sell pre-packaged food at your booth.
- For example, last year Fairytale Brownies had bite-sized samples to give away as well as gift packs of brownies for sale. All other vendors are welcome to sell items, but we encourage positive interaction with patrons.
- Another example, Kidstop Toystore had games out for the kids to play, and also games for sale. Samurai Comics had face painting for kids, and also comic books for sale.
