Morrison Brothers Windmill Ranch, LLC has been owned and operated by the Morrison family for 30 years. The cow and calf operation primarily focuses on producing Black Angus and Black Baldy calves.
• The ranch has a variety of other cattle for sale, depending on the time of year. Please call to inquire about current livestock available to purchase.
• The ranch is comprised of four non-contiguous deeded parcels, USFS Grazing Allotment and State Trust Land grazing leases. The headquarters are located 20 miles South of Flagstaff at Newman Park. The territory begins South of Flagstaff, heads West through Sedona and into Cornville.
