"Founded in 1996, PIHMA is the first and only accredited college of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AOM) in Phoenix, and a premier college of AOM in the Southwest. PIHMA offers two Masters Degree programs in the study of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, as well as an on-site acupuncture clinic and full herbal pharmacy. Our philosophy is that healing is about providing more than medicine. In the clinic we treat patients for a wide variety of issues, including but not limited to: Pain, Stress, Migraines and Headaches, Chronic Disease, Preventative Medicine, and Family Medicine. However, we go beyond simply alleviating symptoms and seek to treat the entire body as a whole, supporting you on your journey through life with nutritional counseling, movement classes, and meditation."
