Shine Coffee is owned and operated by Laryn & Christiaan Blok - local folks in Scottsdale who think that delicious coffee starts by sourcing from Arizona's best coffee roasters. Shine Coffee has two locations - Our mobile espresso bar inside a 1957 Airstream trailer can be found at many Valley events and weekly at Central Farmer’s Market – Central/Northern Avenues. Our Central Phoenix storefront opened in October 2012 at 10 W. Vernon Avenue. In both locations, we use only Arizona-roasted coffee and feature the best roasters from around the state.
